Being Yourself
Leadership is being yourself in new ways.
While self-knowledge is endlessly valuable, self-understanding is a red herring.
If you are a living, creative individual, then claiming to understand yourself is a pause. Luckily the world keeps changing, and opportunities are all around us if we want to sense them.
Claiming to understand oneself is bound and connected to a claim of understanding the world. Conversely, pursuing self-knowledge expands the view of the world. The latter can open new opportunities to be oneself and lead: the self and others.
